When I look at the ends of this belt I can't figure out how were the ends fastened to each other. Who would use such a small belt?

- Gerry Conaty

This might have been a child's belt. Or maybe a hat band.

- Joe Deschamps

Notice the way that the beads are strung together. Does this look like other beadwork pieces you have seen? The beadwork was probably woven on a loom and then sewn onto a leather background.

- Gerry Conaty

Where did the designer of this belt start when they did this beadwork? At the end or the middle?

- Joe Deschamps
