Remarks: Reproduction of a portrait done by Turner in 1960.
Dr. Oakley was Medical Health Officer for the Calgary School Board from 1917-1935. At the time of her death in 1948, she was Assistant Medical Health Officer for the City of Calgary. Dr. Oakley School was named in her honour on October 6, 1960.
