Title: Charles Herbert Mackintosh, Lieutenant-Governor of the North-West Territories (later Saskatchewan and Alberta).

Date: December 21, 1893

Photographer/Illustrator: Bruce, Robert Randolph

Remarks: Photo series of Calgary Organization, Pack of Western Wolves or Wolf Club.
He was editor of the Ottawa Daily Citizen from 1874 to1892; publisher and editor of Canadian Parliamentary Companion from 1877 to1882; Lieutenant -Governor of the North-West Territories from 1893 to1898; and Mayor of Ottawa from 1879 to1881. Became general manager of British American Mining Corportation after retiring from post of Lieutenant-Government. Died in Ottawa, December 22, 1931.
