Title: Judicial party for murder trial at Royal Canadian Mounted Police detachment, Herschel Island, Yukon.

Date: 1923

Remarks: Standing L-R: Sergeant Spriggs, Stuart Taylor Wood, Constable Parry, Mr. Howitt (prosecutor), Judge Lucien Dubuc, Mr. Corry (defence). Murderers Tatamigana and Alicomiak (Alikomiak) are sitting at centre in white shirts. They were convicted of the murders of Pugnana, Corporal Doak of the RCMP, and Otto Binder, a Hudson's Bay Company trader. They were hanged in February 1924.
