Remarks: Judge Sissons on left. Born in Orillia, Ontario, came to Calgary in 1912. In 1919 set up law practice in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Liberal member of parliament for Peace River constituency, 1940-45. District court judge for southern Alberta, 1946-55. First judge of the territorial court of Northwest Territories, 1955-66.
