Remarks: Jim Cornwall came to Alberta in 1896 and joined the Klondike gold rush in 1899. In early 1900's he opened a string of trading posts in Peace River area in partnership with W. F. Bredin. When company was sold to Revillon Freres, Cornwall formed the Northern Transportation Company.
