Title: Father Constantine Scollen, Oblate of Mary Immaculate, missionary priest.
Date: [ca. 1860s]
Remarks: Father Scollen was born at Newton Butler, County Fermanagh and joined Oblates near Leeds, England: in 1860 taught at Inchicove, near Dublin, Ireland.
He came to St. Abert in 1862 and taught at the first elementary school in Edmonton, Alberta. He took perpetual vows in 1865 and in 1872 received tonsure and minor orders. Ordained priest in 1873. Died at Dayton, Ohio in1902.
