Title: J. Lloyd Turner, Sherman's Rink manager, Calgary, Alberta.

Date: [ca. 1910s]

Remarks: In raincoat. Lloyd Turner came to Calgary, Alberta in 1907 to play baseball. In 1909 he was hired as manager of Sherman arena. In 1918, he opened the horse shoe building (later known as the Victoria Arena) for hockey. He was actively involved with baseball and hockey and until 1964 managed the Stampede Corral.
